2. What we collect
Only what you provide through the contact form or by email: your name, telephone number, email address (optional), the service you are interested in and your message. We neither request nor require special categories of personal data.
3. Why we use it
Solely in order to answer your enquiry, arrange a site visit and send you a quotation. The legal basis is the taking of steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). We do not use your data for marketing purposes and we do not sell or pass it to third parties for their own purposes.
4. Who else sees it
Messages sent through the form reach the company's email address via our website hosting provider and our email provider, both acting as processors. No other third party has access.
5. How long we keep it
For as long as is necessary to deal with your enquiry. If no engagement follows, the data is deleted within twelve months at the latest. If we do work together, records are retained for the period required by Greek tax and accounting legislation.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability. Write to delatolassecurity@gmail.com and we will reply within one month at the latest. You may also lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).
